SIZING

Our Denim: Small (28-29), Medium (30-32), Large (32-34), X-Large (34-36). Denim fit true to size, please size up for baggier fit. 

Our Hoodies: Fits True to Size. Size up for a oversized fit.

Our Tees: Boxy Oversized Fit. Fits True to Size but Size up for a roomier fit.

 

CARE

We recommend for all items to be washed in cold water and hang dried. If you have any additional questions about how to care for your items, please send us a detailed email.
And please do not use BLEACH.

 

PROCESSING, CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS

How long will it take my order to ship?

Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed and an additional 5-7 business days for delivery. Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

For our drops, all orders will be shipped in 1-3 business days unless stated a "pre-order". In that case, orders will be shipped in 3-4 weeks.

If you require further assistance or need to alter your order information please email us with your order # and inquiry.

For regular orders, if cancelled before it's shipped out we are able to offer you a refund. Let us know as soon as possible and we will have it sorted out.

Please allow 4-7 business days for the refund to process back to the original payment method.


PRE-ORDER

Please understand that pre-order's take longer as they are made to order and produced in a large quantity. We will always update everyone on the process and when it is ready to ship on our Instagram and our emails.

Please allow us 3-4 weeks (sometimes longer) to ship your orders out. We truly value your time and patience.

Pre-orders are non-refundable.

 

RETURNS

At SCRIY, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you need to make a return, we will only process it under the following conditions:

The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

Returns must be requested within 5 days of the delivery date

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

We reserve the right to refuse any returns that do not meet these conditions. For return requests, please contact us with your order details.

 

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

All orders receive a tracking number which can be used to stay up to date with your delivery information.

Once an item is shipped we are unable to intercept a package or change the mailing address as we can and will only ship the address originally provided during check out.

We are not responsible for any stolen, lost, or damaged packages.

 

FORMS OF PAYMENT

We accept payments in the form of most Debit and Credit Cards, PayPal and payment installments through Shop Pay. 
We're also setting up payments through Klarna for those who want to split their payments.
